Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags attached and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Return

  1. Start Your Return: Visit shapeyourbodys.com/returns-portal
  2. Print Label: Generate your prepaid return label (domestic orders only)
  3. Pack Securely: Use original packaging if possible
  4. Ship Back: Drop off at any carrier location

Refund Process

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)

Exchanges

For size/color exchanges:

  1. Return the original item via the standard process
  2. Place a new order at shapeyourbodys.com
  3. Email us for price adjustments on sale items

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”)
  • Personalized/Custom products
  • Underwear & Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Defective Items

If you receive a damaged/defective product:

  1. Do not use the returns portal
  2. Email [email protected] within 7 days with:
    • Photos/video of the issue
    • Order number
  3. We’ll cover return shipping costs

International Returns

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:
    • Return shipping fees
    • Customs/duties for returned items
  • Refunds processed in USD (currency conversion fees may apply)
